Wine Dinner at Mint Tapas and Sushi

We’re headed to another new restaurant for our next dinner at the award-winning Mint Tapas and Sushi, Cottonwood Heights location. It will be held on Sunday August 16 at 5:00. Our host, board member Bob Johnston, has created a unique and flavorful menu that includes a good variety of wines.

Member pricing with wine is $109; dinner only $90. Non-member pricing with wine $116; dinner only $97. Our new payment site will automatically calculate the amount you owe.

We have a 2-step process for registration where you can pay by credit card.
1. To begin, click on this link to the waiver. After signing the waiver, follow the instructions on the subsequent page to choose your “tickets”, including any guests, then pay via credit card. NOTE: There is just one payment form with options for both member and guest payments. There is also a link to the waiver request form so you can invite others to sign the waiver.
2. Fill out all fields. At the end of the payment process, you’ll see a prompt for a donation. This is NOT a donation to LADV and any amount is not required. We suggest you change the first field to “Other”, then enter a “0” contribution before checking out.
Zeffy, the processor, allows us to use their payment process for free but we cannot remove this prompt.

We still accept checks but using the above process is the fastest, easiest, and most secure way to guarantee your spot. The deadline for reservations is Monday August 10, or whenever we hit capacity. Seating capacity is 60 people. Registrants will receive a confirmation email Tuesday June 23.
